PAYMENT:
Unless you have an account, payment is due in full prior to the hire
date or delivery to site.
DEPOSITS / BONDS:
A deposit is usually required with your order. The amount is determined
by the order value (usually 10%). This deposit is refunded after the goods
have been returned and checked. Party hire deposits are returned normally
within five working days after the goods have been returned.
BREAKAGES and LOSSES:
All breakages ( except normal wear and tear) and losses must be paid
by the Hirer.
CARTAGE:
All prices shown are exclusive of cartage and delivery charges except
where specified. Rates are determined by distance, volume and access.
CLEANING:
All goods MUST be returned clean, or a cleaning charge will be deducted
from the deposit held.There are NO exemptions for barbeques, roasters,
spit roasts, or any other food service items.
WEEKEND WORK:
When a function occurs on a weekend we will normally deliver Wednesday
through Friday and pick up the following Monday through Wednesday. Should
you require work to be carried out on a weekend or public holiday then
additional charges will be incurred. It is not possible to return equipment
outside of normal trading hours.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Our site customer service team will need your help to avoid underground
pipes, utilities or other underground impediments. AT CALL HIRE IS NOT
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO UNDERGROUND SERVICES.
